Born in Bogotá, Colombia.
Raised in Bogota, New Jersey (yes, really, lol).

Sofia (Sof) is a filmmaker and art director based
in NJ, currently working at NewForm in NYC.

She studied Advertising and Film & Television at
Boston University, concentrating in art direction
and cinematography. So naturally, she can’t stop
making things.

Since graduating, she’s bounced between camera,
art, and wardrobe departments across narrative,
commercial, and music video projects.

Off set, she collects ’90s sewing patterns, vintage
magazines, and little side gigs the way some people
collect stamps.
